A new floater was installed at dock using composite decking, the storage room was updated and is ready for your finishing touches, two new remote controlled boat lifts were added, a new irrigation pump was installed that feeds several water faucets located throughout the property, new ceiling fans and lighting on the dock were also installed and numerous smaller items were added that did not make the list.
