A new exterior stairway from the upper deck to the lower deck was added tying the two levels together, the lower patio was enlarged using new 6x6" posts (to be stained before closing) and then under pinned creating a dried-in sitting area with lighting and a ceiling fan with remote. The landscaping was updated, trees trimmed with some others removed. The walkway to the dock was totally changed using hardscape and includes railing, low wattage lighting and a patio area just above the dock with room for a fire pit. A new floater was installed at dock using composite decking, the storage room was updated and is ready for your finishing touches, two new remote controlled boat lifts were added, a new irrigation pump was installed that feeds several water faucets located throughout the property, new ceiling fans and lighting on the dock were also installed and numerous smaller items were added that did not make the list. All of the updates described above creates a warm comfortable home set up for your enjoyment just waiting for your personal touches to wrap things up.
