- Closed – 429 homes with an average sold price of $727,842 and 3,276 sq. feet
- On average, homes sold at 97% of list price, and after 147 days on market
Condos and Townhomes:
- Active – 9 properties with an average list price of $737,989 and 2,799 sq. feet
- Pending – 6 properties with an average list price of $266,617 and 1,253 sq. feet
- Closed – 175 properties with an average sold price of $329,553 and 1,597 sq. feet
- On average, properties sold at 97% of list price, and after 154 days on market
