  • Closed – 135 homes with an average sold price of $1,326,517 and 3,391 sq. feet
  • On average, homes sold at 96% of list price, and after 64 days on market.

Waterfront Condos and Townhomes:

  • Active – 51 properties with an average list price of $626,402 and 1,667 sq. feet
  • Pending – 9 properties with an average list price of $572,267 and 1,524 sq. feet
  • Closed – 54 properties with an average sold price of $563,019 and 1,579 sq. feet
  • On average, properties sold at 97% of list price, and after 82 days on market.

Waterfront Lots:

  • Active – 101 lots with an average list price of $566,968
