This is my understanding of the process, but further fact finding should be made if a new owner has any interest in this. APCO Shoreline Management would also need to be contacted regarding what their requirement would be for insuring the current homes lot could keep the main dock & a new lot could add onto an existing dock or build a new dock, depending on the lot division line.
