Many of you already know Erica Tibbs as the friendly, steady presence behind the scenes at Deb Beran Properties. After six years as our Transaction Coordinator, I’m excited to share that she is officially transitioning into a new role as a REALTOR® and Buyer’s Specialist.
Since moving to the Smith Mountain Lake area in 2018, Erica has fully embraced the lake lifestyle and the community. Her years working closely with me have given her a strong foundation in contracts, negotiations and the many details that ensure a smooth closing—experience that now allows her to guide buyers with confidence and precision.
As a Buyer’s Specialist, Erica works directly with clients throughout the homebuying process, whether they’re first-time buyers, new to the area or seasoned homeowners. Known for her personalized service, strong advocacy and attention to detail, she brings continuity, care and deep local knowledge to every transaction.
